What is Sinova360?
An end-to-end feedback management platform for customer experience, employee experience, market research, and event programs. One platform covers survey design, collection, analytics, actions, and reporting.
Who uses Sinova360?
CX teams running NPS and CSAT programs, people teams running pulses and eNPS, research teams running structured studies, and event teams capturing session and feedback.
What does it replace?
Typically a combination of a form tool (for surveys), a spreadsheet (for analysis), a project management tool (for actions), and a BI tool (for reporting), all replaced by one connected system.
How does pricing work?
Sinova360 is priced around platform modules, response volume, and support level. Plans can be structured or custom depending on program scale and enterprise requirements.
Is data secure and private?
Yes. Sinova360 is built for enterprise data governance: configurable data residency, role-based access control, audit log, response-level anonymity controls, and GDPR-aligned data handling.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams launch their first survey within one business day. Complex enterprise programs with custom theming, multi-program structure, and API integrations typically take two to four weeks to configure fully.
What integrations are available?
Native connectors: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Pipedrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Genesys Cloud, Aircall, Google Sheets, Zapier, and signed webhooks. An inbound events endpoint accepts triggers from your systems, and an OData feed serves Power BI, Tableau, and Excel live. A public REST API with API keys covers surveys, responses, and contacts.
What can the AI features do?
Generate a structured survey draft from a plain-language prompt, improve individual questions, translate surveys, draft ticket replies, and produce an AI insights summary over results. Generation passes a structural soundness gate before anything reaches the canvas, so drafts arrive methodologically clean.
Which export formats are supported?
CSV, Excel, labeled SPSS, Word reports, and PowerPoint decks, with sub-fields and study structure preserved. For live reporting, connect Power BI or Tableau to the OData feed instead of exporting files.
How does closing the loop work?
Feedback that needs action becomes a ticket with routing rules, first-response and resolution SLA clocks, business-hours calendars, escalation levels, and reason codes. Ticket analytics show resolution rate, SLA attainment, and where the loop actually closes.
How is response quality handled?
A server-side quality engine flags speeders, straight-liners, inconsistent scale answers, and near-duplicate submissions across the whole survey. Review the flagged set, exclude it from analytics with one filter, or remove it entirely.
Can I run advanced research studies?
Yes. Choice-based conjoint with a market simulator, MaxDiff, Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger, TURF, quotas, tracking studies with wave-over-wave significance testing, external panel fielding, and post-stratification weighting are all built in.
Can I migrate from another survey tool?
Qualtrics QSF import is built in with automatic question-type mapping; anything needing manual review is surfaced before launch. CSV import covers contact lists and historical data.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes. A translation workspace manages per-language survey text, AI can pre-fill translations for review, and respondents see the survey in their own language, including right-to-left scripts.
